Course Description:

This course is designed for students who intend to engage in a heavy civil litigation practice. The course focuses on the practical and theoretical aspects of taking depositions in complex cases. Special emphasis is given to deposing hostile witnesses. Students will prepare for, take and defend depositions in simulated cases.

Preference may be given to students who have completed Law 211. This course will be graded on a P/U/NC basis. There will be an application for this course.
