Course Description:

Examination of substantive and procedural laws regulating equal employment opportunity. Coverage of protection for public and private employees from discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, religion, disability and family status. Primary focus on federal law. Covers public policy and theoretical frameworks of equality doctrine.
