Law 492 - Writing for Practice
Faculty listed in alphabetical order – please see faculty specific description for requisite information.
General Course Description:
The course provides additional training in practice-oriented written legal analysis prior to graduation. Over the course of five work assignments, students focus on articulating effective legal argument, with a strong emphasis on practice-oriented application of law to fact. Students must be prepared to complete in-depth written projects, assigned and due on a weekly basis. Because students will not be focusing intensively on a single
writing project, this course does not satisfy the Substantial Analytic Writing requirement.
