General Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students interested in international criminal law with a basic knowledge and understanding of international criminal law, a thorough insight into theory and practice concerning the establishment of jurisdiction before the International Criminal Court (ICC), and to enhance their oral advocacy skills in this area.
