Law 569 - Academic Legal Writing

General Course Description:
This on-campus class is designed for students who wish to develop academic legal writing skills. The class will meet in person on Thursdays and students are expected to do significant independent work between class meetings. Students will work together, with the guidance of the professor, to identify and develop topics, do background research, develop a draft thesis, create a comprehensive outline of arguments, and write a scholarly paper.
