Law 570 - Introduction to United States Law
This course is designed to prepare the foreign lawyer for legal study in the United States. It is designed for any LL.M. student who has not previously earned a law degree in the United States, and is required for any such student who plans to sit for the New York bar exam. The course will introduce LL.M. students to the distinctive aspects and fundamental principles of United States law, including an introduction to constitutional law and civil procedure in both federal and state court.
